It's important to reflect, explore your relationship with food, and discover how the principles of Intuitive Eating manifest in your life. Intuitive Eating can feel so daunting when you first get started with it. My intention with this course is to gently guide you through it, so you can make a truly informed decision about whether or not it's a journey you wish to continue.
