But it became so "normal" for me that I didn't even recognize how much I was holding myself back, spending all my time, money and energy trying to make my body "fit in" to a societal expectation I was never going to live up to...and making myself sick trying.
So I devoted hours to learning from others who found a way to be healthy, and also live with total freedom. Today, I've never felt better, reaching not only my health goals, but soaring past what I ever thought possible in my relationships, my career, and my personal life.
